We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to expand our market share within the Hull and surrounding territories. This predominantly field-based role involves identifying new business opportunities, promoting our comprehensive range of cylinder gases and associated products, and employing a consultative sales approach to secure new clients.

Requirements:
Proven experience in a field sales or business development role
Demonstrated ability to identify and act on new business opportunities
Strong understanding of the sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closing
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
A proactive and results-oriented approach with a commitment to achieving targets
Ability to work independently and manage a designated territory effectively
Commitment to adhering to all company policies, particularly those related to Safety, Health, and Environmental standards
6+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on business development and industrial product sales
