The Business Development Executive will drive growth, revenue, and client success for PropTech Pulse's multiple verticals including Events, PR, Branding, Certification Programs, and Value-Added Services. You will ideate and implement scalable business strategies, cultivate B2B relationships, generate high-quality leads, and close sales with partners across real estate, BFSI, PropTech, and related sectors.
Job Responsibility:
Revenue Ownership: Drive sales and revenue across PropTech Pulse verticals—events, certifications, services, and partnerships
Client Acquisition: Identify, reach out to, and onboard B2B clients (corporates, leaders, HR/L&D teams, tech vendors)
Pitching & Proposal Crafting: Develop compelling, customized proposals and presentations aligned with client pain points and our offerings
Relationship Management: Nurture long-term relationships with clients, sponsors, and ecosystem stakeholders
Market & Competitor Intelligence: Stay ahead of procurement, SaaS, and B2B event trends to refine our go-to-market strategy
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery and client success
CRM & Tools: Maintain accurate pipelines and client data in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation, and analytics tools for outreach and conversion
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in B2B/B2C business development, sales, or program/account management
Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, from lead generation to negotiation to closure
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and build structure
Tech-savvy: comfortable with CRM systems, LinkedIn, email outreach tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Lemlist), Google Workspace, and analytics dashboards
Nice to have:
Experience in selling and organizing events, training programs, or certification programs
Experience in content creation, advertising, and public relations (PR) activities
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or any equivalent field
