Job Responsibility:
Conduct cold calls to identify and connect with potential clients in the hotel industry
Schedule pitches and meetings with prospects to discuss our services and solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a seamless communication process from initial contact to pitch
Assist in the preparation and presentation of proposals, presentations, and reports to clients and internal teams
Use CRM and outreach tracking tools to update lead progress, monitor conversion stages, and support accurate reporting
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to align outreach efforts
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the hotel industry
Fluent in Gujarati: Speaking and understanding is a must
being Gujarati is preferred
Basic understanding of business development concepts, market research, and competitive analysis
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
High level of motivation, adaptability, and problem-solving skills
Open to traveling to the US
