You will also be responsible for sourcing and engaging high-calibre candidates, building strong talent pipelines, and delivering successful placements.
Job Responsibility
Own building your own client portfolio, proactively reach out to companies, pitch services, win new business
Develop relationships with key decision-makers and position yourself as a trusted advisor
Manage and grow existing accounts, understand client hiring needs, negotiate terms, drive repeat business
Identify and engage high-calibre professionals within your niche
Build strong pipelines through outreach, networking, and market knowledge
Drive full sales cycle from business development and candidate introduction to offer negotiation and placement
Deliver results on both client and candidate side
Use best-in-class systems, data, and tools to identify opportunities and improve efficiency
Requirements
Degree (2:1 or above) or 2+ years in a sales environment
Sales drive - Motivated by targets, results, and earning potential
Resilience - Comfortable with rejection and driven to push through challenges
Communication - Confident, persuasive, and able to influence stakeholders
Ownership - Takes accountability for performance and outcomes
Work ethic - Proven ability to perform under pressure (academics, sports, work, etc.)
