Fleekbiz is looking for sales-oriented candidates for our "Business Development Executive - Upwork position (Night)."
Job Responsibility:
Plan and work on the strategy to achieve monthly targets
Respond to incoming requests for information (RFIs), and Requests for proposals (RFPs) in an effective and efficient manner
Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular on-call meetings and identify Upsell opportunities
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer database
Attend regular sales stand-ups initiated by leads/managers
Update the Customer database on a daily basis using internal CRM
Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management on progress and areas for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project cycle to ensure the successful completion
Follow SOPs as communicated by the manager
Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in business development to continuously improve skills and strategies
Ability to achieve a monthly target of $5k-$7k
Requirements:
Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience in writing business Proposals and cover letters for Graphics, Websites and Mobile Application Projects
A strong grasp of technical concepts is essential! Candidates should possess sufficient technical knowledge to effectively propose solutions for UI/UX, Website, app development and branding projects
Research and identify potential prospects and business opportunities across B2B & B2C platforms like Upwork as well as within internal brand networks
