Identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and support the execution of strategic initiatives to expand market presence. Support the General Manager in the planning, development, and implementation of strategies for the company’s engagement across sectors, ensuring the organization is strategically positioned to maximize and leverage business opportunities. Assist in business development processes such as tendering, responding to Requests for Quotations/Proposals (RFQs/RFPs), and pitching. Assist in the research and development of strategies and plans to identify marketing opportunities and new business prospects. Conduct cold calls as appropriate within the assigned market or geographic area to build a pipeline of prospects. Participate in meetings with potential clients and stakeholders to understand requirements. Set up meetings between client decision-makers and the company’s practice leaders or Principals. Work with the team to develop proposals, presentations, and other materials that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives. Drive customer engagement and promote positive relationships with partners and vendors. Provide support on the documentation and administration of all business development processes. Be actively involved in building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Collaborate with technical and internal team members to ensure all solutions effectively meet customer needs. Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs to ensure continuous improvement and service alignment.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in the property and facilities management sector.
Experience in business development, sales, or account management is an advantage.
Proven ability to prioritize workload and manage high-pressure tasks.
Strong skills in networking, persuasion, prospecting, and market research.
Driven, ambitious, and assertive character with a proactive, self-starting mindset.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong command of English (both written and spoken).
