Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and driven professional to fuel our regional growth. In this role, you won't just be selling—you will be the bridge between our fleet and the site, learning to navigate complex negotiations, coordinate equipment deployment, and manage key client accounts from project start to finish.

Job Responsibility

  • Identify and approach potential clients within the residential, infrastructure, and industrial plant sectors
  • Develop and maintain a reliable network of main contractors, subcontractors, and developers
  • Assist in the full sales cycle, from understanding client site requirements and preparing technical proposals to closing contract signings
  • Monitor and follow up on regional contract values, progress billings, and accounts receivable (collections)
  • Work closely with the operations team to schedule equipment deployment and maximize local fleet utilization
  • Keep a close eye on competitor pricing, local market trends, and industry updates to help optimize team sales strategies
  • Ensure smooth equipment mobilization on-site and maintain strong communication with clients to secure repeat business

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in the Malaysian construction machinery, building materials, or equipment leasing industry. Ambitious fresh graduates with relevant technical degrees are welcome to apply
  • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical/Construction Machinery, Marketing, or a related field
  • Familiarity with the Malaysian construction landscape, basic CIDB regulations, and general equipment rental practices
  • High energy, strong communication skills, and a results-driven mindset with the stamina for site visits and relationship management
