Job Responsibility:
Oversee the business development department with full P&L accountability, ensuring both financial performance and customer satisfaction are met
Formulate and execute operational strategies to achieve organizational goals within set budgets and timelines
Lead and coordinate a high-performing commercial team, fostering strong collaboration across departments and support functions
Provide strategic leadership to meet production targets, optimizing resources—materials, equipment, and manpower—to uphold quality and reduce acquisition costs
Drive business growth by developing and executing expansion strategies, and establishing project structures to support implementation
Establish and enforce policies, procedures, and systems that ensure operational efficiency and compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
Lead continuous improvement and expansion initiatives aligned with the company’s strategic objectives
Ensure seamless day-to-day operations through the effective implementation of company policies and procedures
Requirements:
Degree Holder in Environmental engineering or business or any equivalent qualification
Experience in managing renewable energy ( Solar/ BESS ) or similar industries
Minimum 5 years of experience in the same industry
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
