We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development professional with a strong understanding of IT services and digital solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CRM platforms, expertise in lead generation and client acquisition, and the ability to effectively present web development, eCommerce, and digital marketing solutions to prospective clients. This role requires excellent communication, relationship-building, and sales management skills, along with the ability to prepare compelling proposals, sales presentations, and maintain accurate pipeline reports to drive business growth.
Job Responsibility
Make a minimum of 25 outbound prospecting calls per day
Reach out to at least 20 target decision-makers daily via LinkedIn
Generate and qualify B2B leads through outbound sales activities
Manage the complete lead lifecycle, including prospecting, follow-ups, qualification, meeting scheduling, and pipeline progression
Maintain CRM hygiene and consistently achieve monthly targets for qualified leads, meetings, and sales opportunities
Requirements
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Strong understanding of IT services, web development, eCommerce, and digital marketing solutions
Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead generation tools
Ability to prepare proposals, sales presentations, and pipeline reports
Excellent verbal and written business communication skills (4 out of 5)
Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities
Self-driven, target-oriented, and disciplined in daily sales activities
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
