Job Responsibility:

  • Identify and research relevant global expos, industry events, and trade fairs related to IT outsourcing and technology services
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate leads from event exhibitors, attendees, and industry professionals
  • Schedule and conduct meetings (both in-person and virtual) with potential clients around the event locations
  • Update the CRM, Excel, and other reports for sales performance metrics
  • Build strong relationships with prospective clients and key decision-makers
  • Handle the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach, needs assessment, proposal presentation, and negotiation to closure
  • Maintain an updated CRM database with lead information, follow-ups, and deal progress

  • Ensure systematic follow-up with client organizations to bring the sales pitch to a time-bound closure
  • Monitor and report sales performance metrics

Requirements:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience selling IT Services with outbound sales
  • Must know about outbound sales process, cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreaches
  • Should know how to conduct BENT analysis and basic discovery
  • Must have good communication skills and have experience working into international market
  • End to end sales cycle management including closures
