Job Description:

An award winning rapidly expanding HR SaaS provider is looking for a German speaker (ideally native / at least business fluent) to sell their range of talent assessment and psychrometric profiling tools to the DACH region based from their Reading office.

Job Responsibility:

selling a range of psychrometric / talent assessment solutions diverse range of customers including recruitment companies, financial services, travel companies through to general SME’s and corporate companies in DACH region
prospecting and setting up initial demo’s (WeBeX) of the system through to assisting your prospects through what offering would suit their business needs the most
once on board you would be responsible for driving revenue growth from within the accounts you bring on

Requirements:

German speaker (ideally native / at least business fluent)
highly successful new business focused sales professional (BDE /AE / BDM)
any exposure to psychometrics / talent assessment, learning and development or selling in to the HR professionals would be advantageous
full training is provided
focused on having business development executives that are hungry, motivated and wanted to take advantage of the aggressive accelerator

Nice to have:

exposure to psychometrics / talent assessment, learning and development or selling in to the HR professionals
from recruitment, media, software etc.
