We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to help grow their semiconductor engineering business. This role offers the chance to engage with leading semiconductor organisations, influence next-generation technologies, and deliver strategic engineering solutions in ASIC chip design and related services. Job Responsibility:

  • Create and execute sales strategies to expand the semiconductor engineering portfolio
  • Develop strong relationships with senior decision-makers and technical leaders at top semiconductor firms
  • Promote a full range of services, including ASIC design, embedded software, and pre/post-silicon validation
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to craft solutions tailored to client roadmaps and technology objectives
  • Identify and pursue high-value opportunities, leveraging your industry network to generate new business
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve or exceed targets
  • Partner with delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term engagement

Requirements:

  • 5–10+ years’ experience in semiconductor engineering sales, ASIC design, or related technology services
  • Proven success managing complex deals and large-scale accounts
  • Strong technical understanding of ASIC design, semiconductor R&D, and the wider semiconductor ecosystem (including foundries, EDA tools, and IP providers)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience influencing senior and C-level stakeholders
  • Ability to navigate complex organisations and foster collaborative relationships across technical and commercial teams
  • An established network in the semiconductor industry and a passion for innovation
