Job Responsibility:
Create and execute sales strategies to expand the semiconductor engineering portfolio
Develop strong relationships with senior decision-makers and technical leaders at top semiconductor firms
Promote a full range of services, including ASIC design, embedded software, and pre/post-silicon validation
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to craft solutions tailored to client roadmaps and technology objectives
Identify and pursue high-value opportunities, leveraging your industry network to generate new business
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve or exceed targets
Partner with delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term engagement
Requirements:
5–10+ years’ experience in semiconductor engineering sales, ASIC design, or related technology services
Proven success managing complex deals and large-scale accounts
Strong technical understanding of ASIC design, semiconductor R&D, and the wider semiconductor ecosystem (including foundries, EDA tools, and IP providers)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience influencing senior and C-level stakeholders
Ability to navigate complex organisations and foster collaborative relationships across technical and commercial teams
An established network in the semiconductor industry and a passion for innovation
