This is a call to the Business Development Executive who is ready to pioneer how global brands and innovative challengers unlock the creative potential of AI. You will be the bridge between Luma's cutting-edge technology and the world's most creative marketers, architecting the critical partnerships that will define a new era of creativity. This isn't about selling software—it's about forging strategic, multi-year alliances that move the needle for both Luma and our partners.
Job Responsibility:
Structure Landmark Deals: Negotiate and close complex, multi-year partnership deals that unlock new revenue streams and establish Luma as the go-to creative AI platform for premium brands
Evangelize at the Top: Leverage your network to meet with CMOs and creative directors at brands like Chanel and Nike, exploring and structuring visionary, AI-powered campaign concepts
Create the Market: Partner with global fashion houses to create AI-powered virtual fashion shows or work with major CPG brands on personalized video content at scale
Bridge to Product: Collaborate with our research and product teams to understand how a brand's feedback can shape our next generation of features
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in brand partnerships, innovation, or creative business development
You've closed deals that matter—strategic, multi-year partnerships that moved the needle for both sides
A strong understanding of content production workflows, from concept to campaign launch, and a robust network of C-suite executives and creative leaders
You are a self-starter, comfortable as an evangelist for emerging technologies
You have direct experience working with brands in e-commerce, DTC, lifestyle, or adjacent creative industries
You have a track record of building a partnership function from the ground up at an early-stage startup
You have experience in selling SaaS and deeply understand the business ecosystem
