Job Responsibility:

  • Identify and reach out to potential corporate clients and developers within the Klang Valley to build a robust project pipeline
  • Act as the primary point of contact, nurturing leads from initial contact through to the closing of the sale
  • Prepare professional quotations and business proposals that align with client budgets and company profit margins
  • Provide weekly reports to top management regarding work schedules, lead conversion rates, and sales progress
  • Serve the client through the lifecycle of the project to ensure seamless communication and completion of work
  • Meet with clients to determine design requirements, spatial needs, and aesthetic preferences for their commercial spaces
  • Present design ideas and creative concepts effectively, using research on materials and design effects to add value
  • Prepare detailed specifications and accurate quotations based on material research and project complexity
  • Oversee the project aesthetic to ensure it meets the client's vision, securing positive reviews and ratings upon completion
  • Work closely with the technical team to ensure design feasibility and that progress aligns with the reported schedule

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field
  • Strong background in corporate sales
  • experience in the ID or construction industry is highly preferred
  • Highly energized, independent, and possessing a 'hunter' mindset for new business opportunities
  • Excellent time management and the ability to meet aggressive sales targets and tight deadlines
  • Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
  • Ability to prepare design specifications and quotations
