Job Responsibility:
Identify and reach out to potential corporate clients and developers within the Klang Valley to build a robust project pipeline
Act as the primary point of contact, nurturing leads from initial contact through to the closing of the sale
Prepare professional quotations and business proposals that align with client budgets and company profit margins
Provide weekly reports to top management regarding work schedules, lead conversion rates, and sales progress
Serve the client through the lifecycle of the project to ensure seamless communication and completion of work
Meet with clients to determine design requirements, spatial needs, and aesthetic preferences for their commercial spaces
Present design ideas and creative concepts effectively, using research on materials and design effects to add value
Prepare detailed specifications and accurate quotations based on material research and project complexity
Oversee the project aesthetic to ensure it meets the client's vision, securing positive reviews and ratings upon completion
Work closely with the technical team to ensure design feasibility and that progress aligns with the reported schedule
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field
Strong background in corporate sales
experience in the ID or construction industry is highly preferred
Highly energized, independent, and possessing a 'hunter' mindset for new business opportunities
Excellent time management and the ability to meet aggressive sales targets and tight deadlines
Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
Ability to prepare design specifications and quotations
