We seek a dynamic Business Development professional to be a driving force behind our growth. This is a unique opportunity for a relationship-oriented, creatively fluent professional to help expand our real estate and hospitality client portfolio.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and grow the pipeline of qualified opportunities for our 360º branding and marketing services — from prospecting to proposal to pitch
  • Proactively generate and qualify leads across key sectors –­ with a focus on real estate (e.g., multifamily, mixed-use, office) and hospitality
  • Collaborate with internal teams to craft proposals that win and inspire
  • Maintain and report on the group’s HubSpot pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking and forecasting
  • Be the front line at industry events and conferences as a key representative of the Streetsense brand and voice
  • Work closely with Agency Leadership, Chief Growth Officer, and Head of Sales to define and execute our Creative Agency’s growth strategy

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and business development
  • real estate industry experience and network strongly preferred
  • Deep understanding of branding, marketing, and creative services
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills
  • HubSpot (or similar CRM) experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field
