This is not a maintenance role. This is for someone who knows how to build, influence and drive serious commercial growth inside a fast-moving, acquisitive professional services environment. We're partnering with a highly respected, PE-backed organisation undergoing significant expansion across the UK. With ambitious growth plans already in motion, they're looking for a commercially driven Business Development Director to help shape the next phase of the journey. You'll be operating at senior stakeholder level, opening doors, creating strategic partnerships and identifying high-value opportunities across the market. This is a visible, high-impact role with genuine influence across the business.
