As Business Development Director you will take a strategic senior role in driving total sales revenues across The Aloft Hotel and The Eastside Rooms Conference & Events Venue. You will account manage a portfolio of corporate accounts and agents across various verticals to drive business and increase share, in line with the hotel and venue’s sales and revenue management strategies. Proactively identify and secure new business across multiple sectors, building a strong pipeline that supports long-term growth. Work proactively to advance each opportunity and maximise conversion. You will support the Director of Sales and Marketing in all aspects of the Sales and Marketing Plan in line with Aimbridge and Marriott brand requirements and systems, and will drive awareness of these exciting new properties on a local, national and international scale.
Job Responsibility:

Work closely with the leadership team on-property and upskilling the team to maximise revenue
Requirements:
Significant direct experience of sales management within a similar property
Exceptional understanding of corporate, MICE and Agency segments
Passionate about relationship management at all levels
Eagerness to travel at a regional, national and international level
