Job Responsibility:
Achieve New Business Revenue Targets: Consistently meet or exceed a quota of $1M–$1.5M within a designated territory
New Logo Acquisition: Focus on winning new business by identifying and engaging prospective Tier 1 and Tier 2 banking clients
Lead the Sales Process: Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closing, ensuring a seamless client experience
Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute account plans that align with client needs and drive sustainable growth
Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent deal flow
Market Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of the fintech industry, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to clients
Collaboration and Alignment: Work closely with sales management, pre-sales, marketing, product, consulting, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and success throughout the sales process
Ambassadorship: Represent Encompass at client-facing engagements and industry events, positioning the company as a leader in fintech
Sales Tools and Methodology: Fully utilize Encompass's sales tools, processes, and methodologies to maximize efficiency and results
Requirements:
Proven track record in enterprise SaaS sales within the fintech industry, with a focus on Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks
Demonstrated ability to secure new logo deals and exceed annual quotas of $1M–$1.5M
Expertise in leading complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals
Experience in developing and executing strategic account plans
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a history of engaging and influencing C-level stakeholders
Ambitious, driven, and eager to take on a leadership role in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
Nice to have:
Experience in selling KYC, AML, Risk, or Compliance solutions
