Job Responsibility:
Architect and execute strategic sales initiatives that fuel long-term growth
Lead high-impact client acquisition efforts in competitive markets
Collaborate with senior leadership and marketing to generate leads, craft proposals, and close deals
Deliver compelling presentations and confidently navigate complex negotiations
Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor moves and use that intel to win

Identify and unlock growth opportunities within existing territories
Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and client engagements
Requirements:
Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years in sales leadership within a service-driven industry
preferably 5 years directly related experience
Proven success in high-volume, high-touch business development
Exceptional communication, planning, and relationship-building skills
Ability to lead cross-functional team and influence senior stakeholders
Possess excellent grammar, spelling and proofreading skills
Experience in residential condominium management or related industries is a plus
