The Opportunity Reporting to the Business Unit Managing Director, you’ll have accountability for the five-year growth strategy across Water, Aviation, and Highways. You’ll lead the work-winning function, ensuring the business is engaged early, well-positioned, and bid-ready 12–18 months ahead of procurement. As a core member of the senior leadership team, you’ll work closely with Sector Directors, Operations, and Commercial teams to translate market insight into successful outcomes, strengthening our reputation as a trusted, partner-led infrastructure provider.
