Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sustainable growth for Influencer in the MENA region, mainly the UAE market. You will lead high-value new business and sales conversations, develop innovative revenue streams, and strengthen our position as a trusted, consultative partner to leading brands and platforms.

Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible for revenue growth, sales, and closing new business
  • Lead new business opportunities from first conversation to signed deal - including RFP responses, proactive outreach, and strategic pitch development
  • Drive proactive outbound strategy - mapping white space, identifying target sectors, and creating tailored approaches for key decision makers
  • Conduct market and competitor research to uncover new categories, emerging trends, and whitespace opportunities
  • Build and maintain a strong personal network across brands, agencies, and platforms
  • Balance strategic relationship-building with relentless pursuit of new business
  • Work collaboratively with Client Services, Creative Strategy, Production, and Measurement teams to deliver compelling, insight-led proposals
  • Partner closely with Marketing to support thought leadership and outbound campaigns
  • Develop and maintain a clear understanding of the influencer and creator landscape
  • Represent the Growth function as a trusted voice across internal teams

Requirements:
