A rapidly growing private investment firm focused on the U.S. lower middle market is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Development Coordinator to support the operations and workflow of its Business Development team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.
Job Responsibility:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Business Development team, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and call preparation
Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and reporting support
Prepare materials for internal and external meetings, including presentations and follow-up communications
Coordinate logistics and administrative support for conferences, roadshows, and industry events
Assist with onboarding and organization of client and prospect information
Facilitate internal communication to ensure timely task completion
Support special projects and ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
3+ years of administrative or operational experience, ideally within financial services or a corporate environment
Strong technical skills and comfort working in a tech-enabled setting
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet time-sensitive deadlines
