As a Business Development Consultant, you’ll play a critical role in building our North American presence. You’ll work closely with sales, marketing, product teams, and North America leadership, to drive strategies, foster client relationships, and contribute to our business growth. Job Responsibility:
Pipeline Management: Track and manage sales leads through the CRM system proactively (monitoring & follow-ups actions), ensuring contact base maintenance and accurate forecasting and reporting
Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and share valuable insights from client interactions
Client Engagement and Follow-Up: Collaborate with Account Management to create key account plans and enhance customer communication through emails, meetings, and other contact channels
Marketing Operations: Translate global marketing strategy into effective local campaigns by coordinating brand recognition activities e.g. media/events presence
Project Delivery Support: Monitoring & facilitating status of the projects within the local market
Strategy Support: Assist business consultants and inside sales team in developing and implementing effective strategies to attract new business clients
Event Management: Support media cooperation and manage both external and internal events. Staying up to date with possible prospects events worth participating in the future
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B business development support within the US, preferably in consulting or IT delivery engagements for P&C insurance industry
Deep understanding of the marketing environment in US
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset
Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management
Understanding of the US P&C insurance market trends is highly desirable
Knowledge of personal lines, commercial lines, specialty lines and/or workers compensation insurance is a bonus
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or a related field
Native-level English proficiency
Detail-oriented, analytical, and process-focused with excellent teamwork skills and international experience
Familiarity with Agile methodology is advantageous
Nice to have:
Experience in B2B marketing and communication strategies is a plus
French language skills are a bonus
