We’re looking for a proactive and results-focused Business Development Consultant to grow our client base in the South region, building strong relationships with law firms and property professionals. This is a role for someone who takes ownership, creates opportunities, and drives tangible results.
Job Responsibility:
Generate new business through cold calling, social media, networking, and targeted outreach
Build and manage a pipeline of prospects, focusing on the top law firms and property professionals in your territory
Qualify opportunities, identify growth potential, and convert prospects into long-term clients
Work closely with internal teams to support onboarding, product adoption, and early account management
Collaborate with marketing and business development colleagues to execute campaigns, events, and regional strategies
Present our products confidently to decision-makers at all levels, providing solutions and building trust
Travel regularly across your region to meet clients and attend industry events
Requirements:
Proven B2B sales experience with a strong track record of hitting and exceeding targets
Self-motivated, proactive, and confident in generating new business
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at any level
Ability to build rapport quickly, consultatively sell, and adapt to client needs
Some experience in property, conveyancing, or related sectors is highly desirable but not essential
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce experience an advantage) and Microsoft Office suite
Full UK driver’s licence and willingness to travel across the South region
