We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Consultant to drive strategic growth and expand our market presence. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, and promoting our services across both end users and channel partners.
Job Responsibility:
Consistently exceed revenue targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Address customer and partner inquiries effectively, providing accurate information and tailored solutions
Develop business plans aligned with assigned geographic and market objectives
Conduct high-volume outbound lead generation, including reporting, objection handling, and appointment setting
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
Focus on cold calling and emailing to build a strong lead pipeline
Collaborate with Marketing to develop and execute campaigns for end users and partners
Demonstrate commitment to clients through regular meetings and follow-up communications
Partner with post-sale account managers to ensure ongoing account coverage and identify new sales opportunities
Manage all aspects of the sales cycle, including qualifying, presentations, demonstrations, proposals, RFPs, negotiations, and closing
Use tools and online research to identify and generate new business leads
Ensure the highest levels of customer and partner satisfaction
Communicate flexibly across time zones to engage clients via phone and email
Create engaging marketing materials for social media, newsletters, and industry events
Travel internationally to attend industry events and meet clients, enhancing the company’s real estate presence
Maintain a professional, customer-focused attitude while upholding the company’s Core Values
Requirements:
Experience in the real estate management industry, ideally with an established network of industry contacts to generate business opportunities
Proven experience in sales and/or marketing roles
Experience working with North American companies is preferred
Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed lead generation and revenue targets
Basic image and video editing skills are preferred but not required
Tech-savvy with strong knowledge of social media and marketing channels
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong commitment to client service and continuous improvement
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
Digital marketing skills are an advantage
Graduate in a computer-related field/ Business Marketing or Postgraduate with an MBA
3–5 years of Business-to-Business (B2B) sales experience
Proven negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers and executives
High level of professionalism, personal integrity, and strong internal drive to achieve results
Ability to build and maintain a wide network of professional relationships over time
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Nice to have:
Basic image and video editing skills are preferred but not required
Digital marketing skills are an advantage
Experience working with North American companies is preferred
