Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Consultant to drive strategic growth and expand our market presence. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, and promoting our services across both end users and channel partners.

Job Responsibility:

  • Consistently exceed revenue targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Address customer and partner inquiries effectively, providing accurate information and tailored solutions
  • Develop business plans aligned with assigned geographic and market objectives
  • Conduct high-volume outbound lead generation, including reporting, objection handling, and appointment setting
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
  • Focus on cold calling and emailing to build a strong lead pipeline
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop and execute campaigns for end users and partners
  • Demonstrate commitment to clients through regular meetings and follow-up communications
  • Partner with post-sale account managers to ensure ongoing account coverage and identify new sales opportunities
  • Manage all aspects of the sales cycle, including qualifying, presentations, demonstrations, proposals, RFPs, negotiations, and closing
  • Use tools and online research to identify and generate new business leads
  • Ensure the highest levels of customer and partner satisfaction
  • Communicate flexibly across time zones to engage clients via phone and email
  • Create engaging marketing materials for social media, newsletters, and industry events
  • Travel internationally to attend industry events and meet clients, enhancing the company’s real estate presence
  • Maintain a professional, customer-focused attitude while upholding the company’s Core Values

Requirements:

  • Experience in the real estate management industry, ideally with an established network of industry contacts to generate business opportunities
  • Proven experience in sales and/or marketing roles
  • Experience working with North American companies is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed lead generation and revenue targets
  • Basic image and video editing skills are preferred but not required
  • Tech-savvy with strong knowledge of social media and marketing channels
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong commitment to client service and continuous improvement
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Digital marketing skills are an advantage
  • Graduate in a computer-related field/ Business Marketing or Postgraduate with an MBA
  • 3–5 years of Business-to-Business (B2B) sales experience
  • Proven negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers and executives
  • High level of professionalism, personal integrity, and strong internal drive to achieve results
  • Ability to build and maintain a wide network of professional relationships over time
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Nice to have:

  • Basic image and video editing skills are preferred but not required
  • Digital marketing skills are an advantage
  • Experience working with North American companies is preferred
