We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Business Development Consultant to join our team at NSC Software. You will work directly with top technology companies around the world, build relationship with them, identify and develop new business partnerships in international markets (US, EU, AU, SG), and assist in the delivery of tailored software development solutions. This position suits someone who is proactive, curious, and eager to learn about global business development in a dynamic, multicultural environment where technology meets strategy.
Job Responsibility:
Actively promote software development services and seek new clients and partners in Western and Asian countries (US, EU, AU, SG), through multiple channels
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
Building strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers
Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client's desires
Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
Develop a thorough understanding of company service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
Work at the office 1 or 2 days per week
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Information Technology, Software Programming or related field
At least 1 year of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development
Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Not afraid of sales or business development
Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
A passion for technology and a willingness to learn about software technologies, NSC Software Company's products and services with can-do attitude
Ambitious, sharp, flexible, adaptable, sensitive and quick-witted. Have strong IQ & EQ to thrive in high-level environments
Being fluent in English, at least 6.5 IELTS Speaking or equivalent
