Business Development Co-ordinator

• Liaising with existing Primary Schools to engage them in our services
• Outreach to new Primary Schools across the UK to introduce our products and services
• The management of databases in order to ensure the effective outreach and management of customers
• Liaising with our Marketing and Communication Manager
• Using LinkedIn and other digital platforms to reach our target market and communicate with them effectively
• Assisting in the recruitment and selection of staff to help grow our offering in the area

• Able to work off their own esteem
• Be ambitious, driven, and motivated to achieve goals
• Have experience in sales in particular the ability to conduct professional telephone sales calls both cold and warm
• An excellent communicator by both verbal and written means
• Be digitally literate and understand the importance of digital education for the young people of today
• Have knowledge of the Primary School market and education system in general
• Have an interest in, or experience of, working with young people to help them towards a brighter future
