Job Description:

Business Development role in the Aviation industry managing client relationships, introducing services and products, and driving growth with a warm portfolio of clients.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage a warm portfolio of clients
  • Build strong relationships by introducing services and products
  • Manage ongoing customer relationships for both ad hoc needs and long-term contracts
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and products
  • Prepare and send competitive quotes promptly
  • Support the preparation of contracts, long-term agreements, and detailed proposals
  • Assist Finance in expediting overdue payments and resolving billing issues

Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of procurement and sales operations
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
