As a Business Development Associate, you will support our business development team by researching potential clients, preparing sales materials, and assisting in strategy development.
Job Responsibility:
Achieving sales targets and developing sales strategies
Responsible for generating leads, making warm and cold calls and following up with potential customers
Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
Handle and resolve customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
Conduct market research to evaluate gaps, opportunities, and alien needs
Preparing and sending quotes and proposals
Participating in sales team meetings
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skill is a must (both written and oral)
Ability to build rapport with clients
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
Passionate in tele-sales
Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
Experience in IT Sales will be an added advantage
Qualification: BCA, Btech, MCA, MBA or Any graduates (Maximum number of permitted back papers – 5)
