Job Responsibility

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders to foster trust and collaboration
  • Generate leads by identifying client needs, qualifying prospects, and understanding decision-making processes
  • Present marketing materials effectively and coordinate sales meetings to engage potential clients
  • Maintain and update the database of accounts and leads to ensure accurate and organized records
  • Provide valuable feedback and recommendations based on interactions with clients to improve marketing strategies
  • Research and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for business growth
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategic sales plans
  • Ensure consistent communication with clients to address their needs and provide tailored solutions

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within a detail-oriented services environment
  • Proven ability to succeed in a corporate setting, with a focus on B2B sales
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with clients
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is highly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills to manage databases and track leads effectively
  • Ability to analyze market conditions and adapt strategies to achieve sales goals
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Experience in product sales and business-to-business development

  • Develop relationships with prospects in database for who you are striving to set appointments with for BDMs
  • Support the region’s sales team to create high quality, compelling, and customer-focused proposals/PowerPoint presentations in support of business goals by using high-level writing skills to persuasively answer questions to RFPs and develop proposal text
  • Assist region’s BDMs in developing contracts for new clients
  • Assist with the completion of pricing models at the direction of the VP of Sales
  • Participate in meetings with prospects, as requested
  • Maintain confidentiality of all information and data
  • Network within community relationships, attend and get actively involved with identified associations (BOMA, ASIS, etc.), as agreed upon with VP of Sales
