Our agency is excited to expand our business development team, and we’re looking for a driven and highly-organized Business Development Associate to join our team. This person will focus on assisting and collaborating with our New Business team in selling in creative and branding scopes as well as media and marketing scopes, with responsibilities including leading organizing and setting up of meetings, assisting the RFP processes, as well as organizing and building presentations and proposals. This role will have the opportunity to work closely with K&P’s founders and leadership team.
Job Responsibility:
Assist on research of upcoming opportunities, industry landscapes, trends, new developments and launches, etc.
Join certain introductory calls with qualified potential clients who are looking for a marketing & media partner
Assist with pitch processes, including analyzing RFPs, building out credentials decks etc
Keep our business development pipeline up to date with all current opportunities
Requirements:
Agency experience selling creative, branding, marketing & media scopes
Hospitality/Lifestyle brand industry interest
Proficiency in deck creation (Pitch, Keynote, Google Slides, etc)
Excellent organizational, attention to detail and time management skills
Must be a great collaborator and creative partner while being able to operate independently
1+ years of experience
