This is an international outbound sales role focused on building pipeline for Australia, UK, and the US through cold email and LinkedIn, running discovery conversations, and closing deals.
Job Responsibility:
Own outbound revenue pipeline (AU/UK/US): build a steady flow of qualified opportunities through cold email + LinkedIn outreach
Lead generation and prospecting: build targeted account lists, identify decision-makers, and run consistent daily outreach
Sell through insights: use an audit-led / insight-led approach to start conversations, handle objections, and move prospects forward
Qualify and convert: discover needs (platform, pain points, intent, timeline), run structured discovery, and progress deals towards closure with strong follow-ups
Close deals: drive proposals, negotiations, and closures in collaboration with founders/solutioning team
CRM discipline: maintain accurate pipeline stages, notes, follow-up dates, and reporting in Zoho CRM
Requirements:
2+ years experience in B2B business development and sales
Excellent English (written & spoken)
Strong communication and presence on calls
Experience selling digital services (Shopify, ecommerce, performance marketing, web development)
High ownership and discipline: daily outreach + daily reporting + follow-up rigor
Should be open to travel domestically and internationally
Nice to have:
Familiarity with outbound tools like Apollo, Sales Navigator, Instantly, Lemlist, etc.
Experience working with international geographies like AU/UK/US
