The Business Development Coordinator (BDC) delivers executional, coordination, and enablement support to quota-carrying Business Development Managers (BDMs), enhancing sales efficiency, dealer responsiveness, and internal alignment while reducing administrative burdens. This non-quota-bearing, non-territory-owning individual contributor role may include non-sales duties like Customer Experience, Operations, or Marketing support.
Job Responsibility:
Provide daily coordination for BDMs
Prepare materials and logistics for meetings/trainings/events
Execute sales programs
Minimize administrative tasks
Respond promptly to dealer inquiries
Assist with onboarding and documentation
Route issues
Communicate consistently
Connect Sales with Customer Experience, Operations and Marketing
Track resolutions
Share timely information
Maintain CRM records/tracking
Support leadership needs
Ensure data integrity
Requirements:
1-3 years in sales support/operations
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field preferred
Proficiency in CRM (e.g, HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office
Strong organizational/customer-service skills
Nice to have:
Outdoor products/home improvement experience a plus
