The Hearings Business Development Team is responsible for new business and nurturing existing client relationships. The team will typically be the first port of call for new Hearings instructions and will liaise with clients from the initial enquiry until the point of signature, after which the case is handed over to the operational teams. Client meetings and software demonstrations are a key part of the team’s day-to-day activity.
Job Responsibility:
Liaising with clients to educate them on the advantages of using our Hearings solution and the value proposition
Responding to inbound enquiries and converting leads to opportunities using a consultative approach
Nurturing client relationships and helping to drive customer success and account management initiatives
Regular client contact over the telephone, email and in person
Delivering engaging demos of the Opus 2 Hearings solution to legal teams, demonstrating a detailed understanding of our technology and its applicability to our clients and their use cases
