Job Description

Proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Assistant role at a small and fast-growing start-up at the forefront of contactless NFC technology, working on meaningful safeguarding projects across the UK and USA.

Job Responsibility

  • Raise brand awareness across multiple industries via phone and email outreach
  • Proactively generate new contacts through networking, research, and cold calling
  • Conduct in-person demonstrations to stakeholders
  • Respond to incoming enquiries and support customer communications
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Collaborate with the business development team to manage CRM and internal systems
  • Support with sample preparation, social media growth, website content ideas, and marketing campaigns
