Business Development Assistant Manager

• Explore and assess new business opportunities for diversification by liaising with potential partners and conducting preliminary screenings and studies of potential deals
• Support the preparation of feasibility studies and cash flow analyses for potential land acquisitions
• Assist in setting up new business ventures, including the administration of shareholder agreements and coordination with partners, legal advisors, and other involved parties
• Assist in sourcing, evaluating, and acquiring development land, including reviewing development requirements, liaising with property agents, government authorities, land offices, surveyors, valuers, and other relevant parties
• Assist in the administration of shareholder agreements, joint venture agreements, and sale and purchase agreements, including coordination with vendors, lawyers, financial institutions, and other relevant stakeholders

• Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 year's working experience in property field
• Strong communication skills and a good team player
