We are looking for a dynamic Business Development professional with 3–4 years of experience in the industrial automation domain and proven exposure to international markets such as Europe, USA, UK, and the Middle East. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and supporting global sales growth.
Job Responsibility:
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in industrial automation solutions (PLC, SCADA, Robotics, Drives, DCS, Simulation, Industry 4.0, etc.)
Handle international clients and partners across Europe, US, UK, and Middle East regions
Generate leads through market research, networking, exhibitions, and channel partners
Prepare and deliver technical-commercial proposals, RFQs, quotations, and cost estimations in coordination with technical teams
Build and maintain strong relationships with end customers, OEMs, EPCs, and system integrators
Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
Participate in international calls, meetings, and negotiations to close business deals
Support contract finalization, order booking, and handover to execution teams
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Automation) or related field
3–4 years of experience in Business Development / Sales within the industrial automation sector
Strong understanding of automation products and solutions (Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider, ABB, Mitsubishi, Robotics, etc.)
Hands-on experience dealing with international customers and markets (Europe, US, UK, Middle East)
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to understand technical requirements and convert them into commercial proposals
Willingness to work across time zones and travel internationally if required
