Job Responsibility:

  • Actively proposes product enhancements, defines requirements and processes (Lease, Loan, Service Products) and implements new products based on directions
  • Prepares market and competition analysis with regards to product development, digital processes
  • Supports market research and delivers reporting
  • Manages products and services in the IT systems: reviews and optimizes (incl. CRM on local level)
  • Continuously improves Customer Journey / Experience taking into account the (digital and other) touchpoints of the customer
  • Maintains product manuals and guidelines
  • Prepares internal and external communication in the area of product offers
  • Proactively & closely cooperates with B2B and B2C sales, marketing, operations, finance, PMQ & IT for effective product implementation
  • Identifies synergies across all business areas B2D, B2C and B2B
  • Cooperates with BMW Group (local and central functions), dealers, IT suppliers and research companies regarding product needs, processes and market demands

Requirements:

  • University degree preferably in Business Administration or comparable studies with focus on marketing, financial products or finance
  • At least 4 years of professional experience, out of which part in product / marketing in automotive, banking or leasing industry
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Analytical and innovative thinking, keen on knowing latest trends
  • Good presentation skills as well as verbal and written communication in Polish and English
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams
  • Advanced MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel)

Nice to have:

experience in Project Management and CRM knowledge would be an asset
