Lead business development activities to increase/broaden sources of revenue while running day-to-day program operations for school-based STEAM programs; coordinate volunteers and instructors; maintain rosters and communications; and provide basic data for donor and grant reporting. This is an individual contributor role with no staff management responsibilities.
Job Responsibility:
Identify, cultivate, and support revenue-generating partnerships with schools, community organizations, and youth-serving organizations
Support partnership activities, coordination requirements, and ongoing relationship management
Manage day-to-day operations at program sites, including student registrations, field trip coordination, and maintaining SharePoint sites and calendars
Coordinate volunteers and instructors by confirming coverage, sharing schedules and lesson logistics, and supporting onboarding requirements
Lead communication efforts with stakeholders, including families, school partners, donors, and other key stakeholders. Prepare program stories for donor communications
Plan and execute Family STEAM Night and other community events, including managing logistics, coordinating volunteers, and overseeing the event run of show
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in business development, partnership development, or revenue generating initiatives
3 to 5 years of experience coordinating youth programs, school-based initiatives, or community focused events
Strong organizational and scheduling skills with clear written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, including basic spreadsheet tracking and document management
