Business Development Analyst role in M Energy Customer Solutions Division supporting company's growth across electricity, natural gas, and integrated energy solutions by combining commercial and technical insight to design tailored energy offerings
Job Responsibility:
Identify and develop B2B opportunities across power, gas, and energy services
Prepare proposals, RFQs, and offers for renewable supply, energy monitoring, PPAs, and demand response
Collaborate with Sales, Pricing, and Energy Consulting teams to create commercially and technically sound solutions
Maintain visibility of the sales pipeline and market opportunities through CRM systems
Research industrial, commercial, and public-sector markets to identify prospects focused on decarbonization and energy optimization
Monitor regulatory and market developments to inform B2B strategy
Support the design of sector-based value propositions and co-marketing initiatives
Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely and compliant offer preparation
Prepare reports, dashboards, and KPI summaries for Business Development and Sales Management
Identify process gaps and propose improvements to streamline workflows and customer onboarding
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Energy, or Business Administration
Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or energy-related services (power, gas, or energy efficiency)
Familiarity with corporate energy contracting (fixed/floating pricing, PPAs, demand response, ESG-linked products)
Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to interpret energy data and translate it into business insights
Excellent organization, time management, and collaboration abilities
Understanding of energy and flexibility markets and efficiency concepts
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Excel analytics, and PowerPoint presentations
Nice to have:
Master's degree in Energy Management, Marketing, or related field
