To drive growth and expand the adoption of AI Agent solutions in targeted sectors: Manufacturing, FMCG, Food & Beverage (F&B), and Financial Services (FSI). This role focuses on business development, client engagement, and solution mapping for enterprises looking to leverage AI for automation, knowledge management, and customer service.
Job Responsibility:
Identify and build relationships with potential enterprise clients in target industries
Understand client pain points and design appropriate AI Agent solutions to automate business processes or augment staff performance
Plan and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to each vertical
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Tech teams to ensure solution alignment with business goals
Deliver solution presentations and live product demos
Draft proposals, lead negotiations, and support deployment activities
Collect feedback and ensure a positive customer experience post-implementation
Maintain an accurate pipeline in the CRM system
Track key performance indicators: revenue targets, sales cycle time, client engagement, etc.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, IT, or related fields
2–3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in AI, SaaS, or enterprise technology solutions
Strong understanding or working experience in FMCG, F&B, Manufacturing, or Financial Services
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Business-oriented with a solution-selling mindset
Intermediate to fluent English for professional communication and technical documentation
