Job Description

To drive growth and expand the adoption of AI Agent solutions in targeted sectors: Manufacturing, FMCG, Food & Beverage (F&B), and Financial Services (FSI). This role focuses on business development, client engagement, and solution mapping for enterprises looking to leverage AI for automation, knowledge management, and customer service.

Job Responsibility

  • Identify and build relationships with potential enterprise clients in target industries
  • Understand client pain points and design appropriate AI Agent solutions to automate business processes or augment staff performance
  • Plan and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to each vertical
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Tech teams to ensure solution alignment with business goals
  • Deliver solution presentations and live product demos
  • Draft proposals, lead negotiations, and support deployment activities
  • Collect feedback and ensure a positive customer experience post-implementation
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline in the CRM system
  • Track key performance indicators: revenue targets, sales cycle time, client engagement, etc.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, IT, or related fields
  • 2–3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in AI, SaaS, or enterprise technology solutions
  • Strong understanding or working experience in FMCG, F&B, Manufacturing, or Financial Services
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Business-oriented with a solution-selling mindset
  • Intermediate to fluent English for professional communication and technical documentation
