Business Developer

• Drive negotiations of large-scale complex renewable electricity agreements (PPAs)
• act as the primary commercial interface towards global renewable electricity suppliers
• execute category strategies and segment plans to support Inter IKEA Group globally
• drive RFQ and supplier selection processes
• build supplier relations and develop/secure/negotiate best terms and conditions
• develop partnerships with internal stakeholders by engaging and collaborating on tactical/strategic tasks
• develop entrepreneurial approaches to address problems and drive the business forward.

• Experience with negotiating renewable electricity contracts – PPAs
• understanding of company financials: cash flow, P&L, income statements, and cost breakdowns
• solution-oriented person with a passion for business and the end-goal
• empathy and great communication skills to coordinate a micro-team
• analytical skills, including working with numbers and negotiating prices
• interest in renewable energy and discovering technologies in that sector
• fluency in English, both written and spoken, with comfort in presenting and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
