Profitable. 40 people. We're now launching Ocus Viral : an autonomous content agent for restaurant brands. Real creators shoot on-site. AI handles editing, trend-matching, and publishing. Every location, every day, at a fraction of agency cost. 74% of diners choose where to eat based on social media. Most restaurants post once a week, or not at all. We're here to fix that. This role sits at the heart of the Ocus Viral go-to-market. You'll be one of the first people to bring the product to market and to make sure the clients who sign actually succeed with it. There's no playbook yet. You're helping write it.
Job Responsibility
Hunt and close. Prospect restaurant owners and managers across Paris — independents and small groups (1–10 locations). The goal is to sign contracts
Own the full cycle. From first conversation to signed deal — prospecting, pitching, handling objections, closing, and handing off to yourself for onboarding
Build the playbook. Which neighborhoods? Which pitch? Which objection kills the deal? You test, document, and share what works so the next person inherits something real
Track your numbers. Pitches made, demos given, deals closed. You set weekly targets with the team and iterate based on data
You own the relationship. Make sure every new restaurant gets set up properly, understands the product, and sees results fast
Drive retention and growth. Monitor usage, spot clients at risk, and get ahead of churn before it happens
Help build the best product. Be the bridge between the field and the product. Bring client feedback to the product team and act as the link between our tech teams and the reality on the ground
Manage enterprise-level accounts. Beyond independents, you'll support the CSM Lead in managing large restaurant groups (100+ locations), complex relationships that require rigour, and the ability to navigate multiple stakeholders at once

Requirements
Top-tier Education: Pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+5) at a top Business or Engineering school
First Commercial Footprint: Previous experience in Sales, Customer Success, or Account Management (even a short internship)
Emotional Intelligence: You build trust instantly, listen actively, and effortlessly adapt your pitch to any stakeholder
A Data & Target-Driven Mindset: You care about closing deals and hitting numbers, not just doing your best. You love tracking your KPIs and optimizing your performance
Ownership: Autonomous and highly resourceful. You structure your own days, hunt your own leads. At Ocus, we don't micro-manage
Passion for the Industry: A genuine curiosity for restaurants, food trends, or social media
