The Business Developer reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer. Job Responsibility:
Develop strategic business plans to achieve organizational goals in the areas of HOUSING & REAL ESTATE IMPROVEMENT, TRANSPORTATION, ENTERTAINMENT, FOOD SERVICE, LIGHT MANUFACTURING, RETAIL SALES, and more
Oversee daily enterprise operations ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across multiple markets
Lead, motivate, and cultivate staff to foster a high-performance work environment
Review profit & loss statements, budgeting, and financial planning to maximize revenue generation
Drive business development efforts to expand market reach and increase sales opportunities
Supervise project management activities, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making
Requirements:
Proven management experience with a strong background in supervising teams and leading projects
Excellent strategic planning skills with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with effective communication skills
Experience managing profit & loss accounts and financial analysis
Strong business development acumen with a focus on sales growth strategies
Proficiency in project management tools and process improvement methodologies
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining focus on organizational objectives
Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field
Prior experience in a similar managerial role within multiple industries is preferred
