Job Responsibility:
Lead the full sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to opportunity development and relationship management with international clients
Build long-term trust with clients by understanding their business and identifying strategic growth opportunities
Co-design project proposals with the team, focusing on eCommerce, customer innovation, and digital transformation—blending technology, creativity, and strategy to shape future-ready experiences
Contribute to the definition of sales and marketing strategies, and strengthen collaboration with technology vendors and partners
Work closely with cross-functional teams (design, tech, delivery) to ensure alignment between client needs and solution delivery
Support the strategic positioning of Arsenalia’s offering, identifying market trends and translating them into business opportunities
Own the negotiation and contracting phases, ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations
Requirements:
Ability to understand and interpret the strategic needs and challenges of potential clients
At least 4 years of experience in a similar role within a digital environment
Solid knowledge of B2C/B2B eCommerce, customer experience, CRM, and AI, with the ability to discuss these topics from a business perspective
Proven ability to independently develop high-value project proposals
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to assess and manage project risks
Fluent in spoken and written English (C1 level)
Precision, organization, and a strong sense of responsibility in planning and managing activities
Availability for short- and medium-term business travel
