Job Responsibility

  • Expand the international network of gaming centers by analyzing and qualifying franchisee applications
  • Actively prospect new franchise partners via email and phone to extend the company's international footprint
  • Welcome prospects to the headquarters to let them experience our unique concept and test our patented games
  • Manage the department's administrative back-office, including travel arrangements, invoicing, and grant applications
  • Present comprehensive application files to executive management for approval of future opening projects

Requirements

  • Experience in business development on a larger scale than Belgium
  • Perfect command of English, both spoken and written, to thrive in a multicultural environment
  • Fluency in another language is a major asset: Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, Arabic, etc.
  • Solid understanding of commercial contracts or a rewarding first experience in the franchising world is a plus
  • Rigorous, pragmatic, and proactive mindset, combined with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit

Nice to have

  • Fluency in another language is a major asset: Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, Arabic, etc.
  • Solid understanding of commercial contracts or a rewarding first experience in the franchising world is a plus
