Job Responsibility
Expand the international network of gaming centers by analyzing and qualifying franchisee applications
Actively prospect new franchise partners via email and phone to extend the company's international footprint
Welcome prospects to the headquarters to let them experience our unique concept and test our patented games
Manage the department's administrative back-office, including travel arrangements, invoicing, and grant applications
Present comprehensive application files to executive management for approval of future opening projects
Requirements
Experience in business development on a larger scale than Belgium
Perfect command of English, both spoken and written, to thrive in a multicultural environment
Fluency in another language is a major asset: Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, Arabic, etc.
Solid understanding of commercial contracts or a rewarding first experience in the franchising world is a plus
Rigorous, pragmatic, and proactive mindset, combined with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit
