Unox Casa is the most innovative brand in the luxury tech appliances sector, experiencing strong national and international expansion. Job Responsibility:

  • Define and implement commercial strategies aimed at growing the brand
  • Manage and expand a network of high-end kitchen dealers, design studios, showrooms, and real estate developers
  • Forge partnerships with architects, interior designers, and real estate developers to position the brand in the most exclusive projects
  • Finalize selective commercial agreements, offering training, consultancy, and support to partners
  • Represent the brand at events, fairs, and strategic initiatives to consolidate its prestige
  • Develop integrated marketing strategies, leveraging social media, influencer marketing, PR, and targeted campaigns

Requirements:

  • Degree in Economics, Marketing, International Business, or related fields, with a strong strategic orientation
  • At least 2-5 years in Sales Management, Key Account Management, or Business Development roles, with a focus on luxury contract projects in the kitchen and furniture sector
  • Experience in positioning high-end brands with innovative commercial strategies
  • Ability to identify growth opportunities and implement scalable solutions
  • Fluent in English and at least one additional foreign language
  • Excellent communication skills, empathy, relational and negotiation abilities
  • High availability for frequent travel both in Italy and abroad
