We are looking for an ambitious Account Manager to join our ACP (Access Controlled Parking) team in Poland. In this role, you will be the point of reference for developing and managing partnerships with structure parking operators (garages and areas with automated access) and local administrations in your area of responsibility. Your goal will be to guide the partners' digital transformation, managing the sales cycle with a consultative and strategic approach, from first contact through to implementation and relationship consolidation. This is an exciting opportunity to help grow the Arrive business in Poland.
Job Responsibility:
Define and execute commercial plans to expand the ACP business in Poland
Lead the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closing
Build solid relationships with existing partners
Work with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams
Requirements:
At least 2 years account management or B2B experience
Polish native speaker
English level B2
Driving license and own vehicle
Nice to have:
Knowledge of parking access systems and garage management
