As a Business Developer/ B2B Hunter(m/f/d) you will generate new business by identifying and pursuing high-potential leads. Build strong client relationships, deliver accurate sales forecasts, and consistently exceed targets. Drive revenue growth through strategic prospecting, pipeline development, and closing deals.
Job Responsibility:
Drive new business opportunities by actively prospecting and building relationships with potential partners
Prepare accurate forecasts and performance reports for internal stakeholders and management
Act as a trusted advisor to external partners, addressing issues, resolving complaints, and maintaining strong relationships
Manage P&L results for assigned accounts, ensuring profitability and growth
Coordinate cross-functional projects to guarantee smooth interactions between departments and timely delivery of results
Apply strong analytical skills to identify growth opportunities, optimize business relationships, and navigate complex datasets
Support the development of strategic projects for local and international teams, including defining new routes and pricing strategies
Implement a route network using quantitative analysis and competitor benchmarking to maximize market penetration
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Administration, Economics, or a related field
5+ years of experience in sales or business development with a strong focus on hunting and acquiring (B2B) new clients, preferably in a multinational environment
Proven track record of success in generating new business and achieving high-performance results
Solid understanding of economics and ability to interpret financial statements
Analytical skills
Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
Full professional proficiency in English
