Job Description:

As a Global Buyer you’ll play a key role in driving the growth of our Asia Team. Based in Bangkok, in Thailand, you’ll source and negotiate exclusive hotel deals for our members, delivering top-quality travel experiences and strong business results.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the sourcing and negotiation of exclusive promotional campaigns with hotels across Thaïland to meet revenue targets and grow our portfolio
  • Collaborate with internal teams (including Marketing and Content) to optimize campaign performance
  • Analyze market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong hotel partnerships through regular meetings and calls
  • Expand our network of partners by pitching and onboarding new hotels

Requirements:

  • Proven 5 years' experience in contracting in Tour Operating / DMC / Hospitality / Beb Banks in Thailand
  • Excellent negotiation skills, ease in dealing with suppliers, and analytical abilities
  • Knowledge of the market and contacts with key players in the Thai market
  • Comfortable in a dynamic and fast-growing environment
  • Data-driven, structured, and always looking for ways to improve
  • Enjoy working in the field, with frequent travel in Thailand to be expected
  • Fluent in English and Thai
